Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for maternity cover for a Senior Positive Behavioural Analyst with a keen interest in Child and Adolescent Mental Health, Autism and Learning disability to work within our early intervention Mental Health Support Team (MHST). The post holder will be involved in the continuing development and implementation of the MHST for Special Schools across Hertfordshire and West Essex. This is a unique expanding MHST working solely in SEN schools. The MHST's are working in collaboration with schools to increase and improve emotional and mental health provision within education settings for 5-18 year olds. The team currently works with 46 schools across Hertfordshire and West Essex, and plans are developing to expand the offer to more schools across the integrated care board. The MHSTs will deliver evidence-based interventions supporting emotional wellbeing including group interventions, individual interventions, consultation, and training and incorporates full assessments of care needs and risk assessments. The ultimate aim of the MHST is to support a whole school approach to develop, build and support emotionalwell-being. Interviews on 7th February. To provide clinical support to CYP/families and school supporting behaviours that challenge, sleep, toileting, eating. To offer early intervention group support.
