As a senior employee of the Trust, you will work in close co-operation with, and support other clinical, medical professional and managerial colleagues in providing high quality healthcare to the Trust's patients.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate excellence in patient care
2. Have oversight of all team activity during that clinical session and provide support to other registered and non-registered clinical practitioners when needed
3. Ability to work effectively in a team & with colleagues from a wide range of professional and organisational backgrounds
4. Sustain and develop teaching and training
5. Regular participation in departmental and directorate meetings
6. Conduct clinical practice in accordance with contractual requirements and within the parameters of the Trust's service plans
7. Participate proactively in GIM on call with medical consultant colleagues on a rota basis
