Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Data and Compliance team, ensuring excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders. Oversee ILR data submissions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to external bodies. Manage The Apprenticeship Service (TAS/DAS) data mismatches (DLOCKS) and ensure funding compliance. Develop and maintain robust processes for ALS funding claims, ILR submissions, and EAS reporting. Support and conduct internal and external audits, identifying and correcting data inconsistencies. Liaise with subcontractors and third parties on funding and enrolment matters, ensuring compliance. Continuously improve data management processes, staying up to date with ILR regulations and funding rules. We are looking for: Administrative experience, ideally in a data or compliance-focused role. Working knowledge of MIS systems and data management processes. Understanding of ESFA Funding Rules and ILR submission requirements. Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail. Proficient in IT and computer systems, including Microsoft Office. Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Willingness to learn and develop, adapting to new processes and regulations. Location This is a hybrid remote role with the expectation to work from our head office in Huddersfield 2-3 days per week.
