Job Description:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing teams and mentoring junior members of staff. A Principal Surveyor looking to move into management or a manager with experience in building regulation would be ideal for this role. The job involves overseeing the daily operations of the Midlands team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Salary and Benefits:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A minimum of 2F as a Registered Building Inspector
* Extensive experience in team management and leadership
