Our customer is an established award winning global manufacturing company operating from prestigious premises in Oldham. On their behalf we are looking for a Contracts Administrator / Coordinator to join their busy team.
The main purpose will be to actively manage the lifecycle of various contracts to support business activity. This role will also support the Company to ensure the robustness of legal related documentation
Key responsibilities will include:
* To be responsible for the life cycle management of customer focused contractual agreements including:
* Consignment stock management
* Non-Disclosure agreements (NDAs)
* Supply Agreements
* Tender documentation
* To ensure that the terms and conditions set out in contractual agreements and other Company documents are accurate and in line with Company guidelines and current legislation.
* To assist in the review of any external questionnaires/portals as it relates to Company terms.
* To monitor and manage the renewal of existing contractual agreements, as well as the introduction of new agreements
* To ensure that externally provided documents are acceptable in relation to Company guidelines, monitoring potential business exposure / risk
