Description
Joining as Accounts Senior based in the firm's Newquay office, you will prepare year-end accounts, tax, and deliver a wide range of general practice services to a mixed and varied client base of sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies with turnovers up into the millions. There will be scope for involvement in cloud accounting advice and increasing client exposure, working with managers and partners to assist on planning and advisory projects as you progress in the firm. You will have the opportunity to further your technical skills and develop your career in a growing accountancy firm environment with excellent support to qualify through AAT/ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA, with encouragement and backing to pursue areas of technical interest.
Profile
You will have a recent career background in the accounting profession, working for a small, medium, or large independent accountancy firm, Top 50, or Mid Tier, with experience preparing accounts, tax, and providing other associated practice services to sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, as an Accounts Technician or Accounts Senior. You may be pursuing or hold formal qualifications such as AAT or part ACCA, finalist, etc., or have developed your career through experience to date only.
