We are on the lookout for a Housing Support Worker for an incredible housing charity in the RCT / Pontypridd area.

What will you do?
* Cover days and night shifts on a rota basis.
* Assist single women with complex issues.
* Be involved in the day-to-day support of service users.
* This is a women's service in the RCT area, focused on housing support.
* The service is funded by the Wales Housing Support Grant (HSG).
* Carry a caseload of service users/clients.
* Undertake safety planning (MARF, SEREF, MARAC).
* Complete needs and risk assessments.
What do we need?
* Excellent experience gained within the housing sector (charity, local authority, etc.).
* A good understanding of Health and Safety and safeguarding processes.
* Driver's license with access to your own car.
* Good knowledge of the services and organizations across the local area.
* Able to manage a caseload.
* A DBS on the update service or able to complete a new enhanced DBS check.
* Able to cover different shift patterns on a rota basis.
