Job Description
Join our Marketing team and you will be responsible for driving sales conversion rates by developing and executing targeted marketing initiatives that empower our sales team. You will be responsible for creating impactful sales enablement materials, planning and executing high-impact customer events, and developing marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and proactive execution to support TotalJobs business objectives.
Your Responsibilities
1. Develop and optimize sales enablement materials such as sales pitches, industry and customer specific presentations, case studies, value propositions, and sales collateral to drive conversion and customer engagement.
2. Conceptualize, plan, and execute customer events (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) that contribute to lead generation and create a community for exchange for relevant customers.
3. Design and manage targeted marketing campaigns that directly support sales initiatives, including account-based marketing (ABM), lead generation, and retention programs.
4. Work closely with the Sales team to identify needs, provide marketing support, and create tools that enhance their effectiveness in client interactions.
5. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to refine messaging, identify opportunities, and position TotalJobs as a thought leader in the industry.
6. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, ensuring continuous optimization based on data-driven insights.
7. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for the production of high-quality marketing content and event logistics.
8. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as B2B Brand, Content & Insights, Product Marketing and E-Commerce Marketing to align marketing activities with business goals.
Qualifications
9. Several years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a sales-driven environment or working closely with Sales teams.
10. Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and optimize based on performance data.
11. Proven experience in event management, from conceptualization to execution and post-event analysis.
12. Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
13. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
14. Fluency in English, additional language skills (e.g., German) are a plus.
