Administrator required to join our established client, supporting the Estimating team with administrative duties. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Salary will be 28,000 - 35,000 per annum depending on experience.
Duties:
* Provide administrative support to the Estimating team
* Check all new tenders meet requirements, update notification sheet, distribute records, organise and file tenders
* Contact subcontractors to gauge interest in pricing and request quotations and chase for quotes
* All other adhoc administration duties to support the team

Experience required:
* Previous administration experience
* Excellent organisational skills
* Construction industry experience is preferred
* Previous experience supporting an estimating team is desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to work under pressure and to tight timescales
* Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
* PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
