We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our services. Duties
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce software.
7. Provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends to inform product development strategies.
8. Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the business development team.
Skills
1. Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a related industry.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
3. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
4. Proficiency in using Salesforce software for managing client relationships and tracking sales progress.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
6. A self-starter who is highly motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
