About the Engineering Supervisor Role: As an Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, leading a team of engineers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your technical expertise, particularly with blowers and similar systems, will be crucial in maintaining high standards and optimising productivity. Requirements of the Engineering Supervisor: Experience: Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Supervisor, particularly with blowers, bulk solids handling, pneumatic conveying, or similar systems. Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and maintain a positive team environment. Continuous Improvement: A commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the workshop. Technical Skills: Proficiency in working with manual lathe and milling machines.
