Please speak to the Talent Acquisition team to find out more information. Overview of The Account We’re looking for an Asset Librarian to support two important client relationships. These well-loved brands going from strength-to-strength, and we need a highly motivated and organized Asset Librarian to help us continue to deliver excellent work. As part of the Account Management Team, your role is central to smooth, effective, and efficient running of the accounts, supporting your colleagues and ensuring total client satisfaction. What does an Asset Librarian do? The role of the Asset Librarian is to support in the management and maintenance of client digital asset management systems. On a day to day basis this mean that you will be liaising with internal Hogarth team and external agencies to ensure that all assets produced for the client are uploaded to the DAM I a clear consistent way. Client communication is also key to this role as our Asset Librarian will also have direct contact with the client to share updates on the status of the DAM as a whole. The successful candidate will be reliable and responsible with determination to see requests through to completion. They will have excellent skills in research and administration and confident in handling repetitive projects. The role requires a minimum of 4 days in office per week, based in London at Brewhouse Yard / GPS. Responsibilities Becoming an expert in the clients’ Digital Asset Management solutions Overseeing project trackers and updating / maintaining workflow tools Ensuring all assets are uploaded accurately and as per project taxonomy (naming conventions), incorporating correct metadata, linked/associated files, etc. Maintaining compliance with all contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIs Immersing yourself in the client's brand and acting as a brand guardian Reporting lines and key stakeholders This role reports to the Senior Account Manager on the account but will also need to work closely with external agency stakeholders across all advertising touchpoints. A bit about you Comprehensive training will be provided, but it will be helpful if you possess the following: Interest in working in a marketing / advertising agency environment Previous experience managing technical projects to a high degree of accuracy Excellent time management, prioritisation, documentation, interpersonal and communication skills Experience working with clients or stakeholders in a professional or academic setting Strong technical aptitude and numerically proficient (including the use of spreadsheets) Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a service-oriented approach Can-do attitude and an ability to work under pressure Fluent oral and written English; fluent / native speaker in an additional European language a plus Familiarity with asset production processes, workflows, and technical specifications (print, digital, broadcast) highly beneficial Experience with process change, technical migrations, workflow management tools, and DAM (Digital Asset Management) solutions highly beneficial Diversity and Inclusion Hogarth is committed to diversity and inclusion, through our ideas, our people, how we behave and conduct ourselves.
