Field Service Engineer - Industrial Laundry
Nationwide, based out of the Midlands area
£35,000 per annum + benefits & Van + Fuel card

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Engineer to join us at phs Besafe where you will provide support for all maintenance tasks and projects being undertaken, including day-to-day breakdown, equipment updates, new installations, and building/infrastructure upgrades.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with a background working in industrial laundries. Previous experience with hydraulics, single and three-phase electrical equipment, and pneumatics would be ideal.

A Day in the Life of a Field Service Engineer - Industrial Laundry for phs Besafe
* You will be visiting our sites to maintain and repair industrial laundry equipment.
* Liaising with the Head of Operations and Depot Managers to plan the daily work to maximise productivity and carry out work to the highest standard.
* You will be taking ownership of any engineering issues such as testing equipment, fault finding, and repairing equipment in line with our customer service level agreements.
* This role will require overnight stays.
The ideal candidate for our Field Service Laundry Engineer role
* Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills, with an understanding of hydraulic and electrical circuit diagrams.
* Able to demonstrate sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic principles and use electrical and hydraulic test equipment.
* Compliance with regulations and instructions according to our policies.
* Able to complete all paperwork accurately and clearly. This will include paperwork or electronic data on parts used, time taken, and the safe keeping of stock and stock balances/replenishment.
* Full UK manual Driving Licence for a minimum of 12 months (Subject to insurance requirements), with a maximum of 6 points.
