This is an opportunity not to be missed As an apprentice you will be tasked with providing first line support to staff and students on the central IT helpdesk, ensuring that ICT hardware across the federation is functional at all times, installing hardware and software when required and much more. A Typical Day in the Job: To provide first-line support to staff and students on their central IT helpdesk To assist the effective delivery of Teaching and Learning across their Swindon Schools Ensure that ICT hardware across the federation is always functional and ready for use in accordance with end user requirements If required and agreed undertake minor repairs to technical resources and equipment Install and remove software when required Provide technical problem solving on hardware and software issues and problems Ensure that all IT issues that may arise are logged on the relevant site's service desk Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
