The role:
1. Adapt and support with classwork to help achieve best potential.
2. Providing holistic feedback to colleagues/team about child’s progress and development.
3. Identifying areas of learning needs and tailoring lessons and interventions appropriately.
4. Teach and assess knowledge/skills through teaching and learning in a creative way.
5. Record progress and feedback in order to track development.
About you:

9. Passion and care for childcare.
10. Creative and intuitive – can think on your feet and incorporate your skills/knowledge in to the development of the child.
11. A willingness to learn and develop as a care provider.
Previous experience of working/volunteering with children in an education setting is desired but not necessary.
