What you can expect
To strengthen our global HSE team, we are looking for an experienced Corporate HSE Specialist (all genders welcome). In this role, you will drive our global health, safety, and environmental strategies and projects as part of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:
* Participate in the development and implementation of global HSE management systems and strategies for all ROSEN international sites.
* Advise and support our international teams in the application and implementation of specific HSE systems and standards to ensure uniform, highest safety and environmental standards worldwide.
* Training and mentoring of personnel at global sites on the correct application of and compliance with HSE systems and standards.
* Planning, coordination, and implementation of HSE programmes across national and regional boundaries, including final reports and performance reviews.
* Planning and monitoring global HSE activities and measures.
* Knowledge transfer: Ensuring an effective transfer of knowledge on HSE systems and standards between international functions and departments.
What you will bring
* Degree in engineering, environmental science, safety engineering or a related field or comparable education with relevant experience in HSE.
* Professional experience in HSE, preferably in an international or global role; candidates with less experience but high willingness to learn and motivation are also welcome.
* Knowledge of HSE software, such as INTELEX, is an advantage.
* Good knowledge of HSE systems and standards, ideally demonstrable through training or certificates.
* Experience of managing projects and working in an international environment is desirable.
* Good communication skills and experience in training and supporting global teams.
* Independent, structured, and goal-orientated way of working.
* Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
