We are looking for a Front Office Team Leader to join the team at Ibis Cambridge Central Station hotel.

What will you be doing as a Front Office Team Leader?
Looking after the guests and ensuring they have an incredible experience with us
Coaching & Training the Team members
Duty Manager shifts
Welcoming guests with check in and saying good bye with check outs
Handling any guest complaints
Reservations inquiries
What are we looking for?
Personality ESSENTIAL, Experience essential in Reception
Fast on your feet, quick to make friends
Big on Smiles, Massive on quality
