Job Description
A leading designer and manufacturer of control panels for the HVAC / BMS industry have an immediate requirement for a Control Panel Design Project Engineer to join them at their offices in Slough (relocation package available).
Essential Key Skills:
* Control Panel Design Experience
* Eplan - essential
* Control Systems - Be able to design motor control centres' / control panels Form 2 - Form 4 to IEC61439-1 Part 1 standards.
* HVAC / PLC Controls with speciality in Trend BMS / PLC systems, be conversant with writing software using SET etc. TCP/IP - BACNET / modbus communications.
* Electrical knowledge of 400v systems - 3 phase 400v motors/ 1 phase motors, different motor starting techniques ie DOL, ASD, Frequency Inverter control.
Salary: Circa £45,000 - £50,000 + benefits + car allowance + relocation package (if required)
Location: Slough SL1 6JT - relocation package available.
As Control Panel Design Project Engineer your role will be working with clients to design and project engineer Control Panels for the HVAC/BMS industry. You will manage a small team of professionals and will be a vital member of the management team.
A full relocation package is available.
Key Skills Requirements:
* Experience of Trend / Honeywell software etc
* Trend Head End setting up of IQ Vision / Niagara platform experience.
* Communications networking experience
* Must be able to use control panel drawing package EPlan P8 with Pro Panel & Process wire modules
* Must be PC literate. with skills in windows applications ie, Word, Excel and use of Outlook
* Have project skills - able to handle the financial aspect, responsible for the profit and loss of each project.
* Able to communicate and work within a team and communicate to all peers.
* Occasionally assist in on site commissioning.
* To be generally office based with occasional visits to construction sites for project meetings.
* Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with fellow peer
