We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our valued client, a highly respected and forward-thinking housebuilder, for an enthusiastic and results-driven New Home Sales Consultant to join their team in Nuneaton.
The Role:
As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the brand, providing exceptional customer service and guiding prospective buyers through the journey of purchasing their new home – from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and engage prospective customers in the sales office and show homes
* Build strong relationships and guide buyers through the full sales process
* Proactively follow up leads, manage appointments and close sales
* Liaise with site managers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors to ensure smooth progress of sales
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage

* Weekend working required (with days off in lieu)
