Job Summary
The Quality & Compliance Officer will oversee quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks to support our teleradiology services. This role involves ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, facilitating risk management, and embedding a quality-first culture across our teams.
What you'll do:
You will support the operational delivery and implementation of The HLH Groups governance and risk processes by providing advice, support, and guidance to operational teams on all aspects of Healthcare governance including:
1. Clinical and non-clinical
2. Risk management
3. Patient safety
4. Health and Safety
Main Duties of the Job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement, improve and manage governance monitoring systems.
2. Provide a first point-of-contact to customers regarding clinical governance queries.
3. Prepare compliance and risk management reports for executive review.
4. Partner with clinical, operational, and IT teams to maintain high standards and smooth service quality.
5. Support and manage regulatory adherence, including data privacy and clinical standards.
6. Coordinate governance meetings, documenting key actions and decisions.
7. Maintain compliance and audit records, facilitating monthly quality and governance reports.

Qualifications
Essential:
1. Experience in quality management, compliance, or governance roles.
2. Experience of policy management.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Familiarity with healthcare regulations (ideally in radiology, but not essential).
Desirable:
1. Knowledge of NHS standards, Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations, and ISO accreditations.
2. Previous experience in a remote healthcare setting.
