Wild Nutrition was founded by nutritional practitioner Henrietta Norton BSc Dip NT, an expert in women's nutritional health, who spent years formulating for supplement giants. Her dedication to Food-Grown supplements came through seeing disproportionate results with her Nutritional Therapy patients, so set about building a business focused on her 2 biggest areas of expertise - supporting and focusing on women's nutritional health, using food grown nutrients.
We have grown fast in the past 10 years; 25,000 nutritional therapy consultations later, we have a range of 45 products, serving the full spectrum of women's health needs and life stages, with a particular sweet-spot on pregnancy and peri/menopause. The business is distributed on DTC (75% of sales) and within Trade & Amazon (25%) and is growing in excess of 50% year on year.
The UGC and Creator Manager, with a strong understanding of our customer, social media and online communities, sources and curates creator content (UGC). They are responsible for building a consistent stream of content from our customers, creators and practitioner communities to share across our owned and paid brand channels for marketing purposes. They work with our agencies, brand and social teams to create and support community events and social activations.
This role reports into the Head of Brand and has a dotted line into the Head of Growth.
Remote / Hybrid (office visit 2 days min every 6 weeks)
Responsibilities:
* Create a Community Production Strategy and plan that aligns with overarching Brand Content plan and NPD pipeline
* Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to identify UGC opportunities and develop campaigns - for example Pregnancy / Menopause
* Influencer & UGC Recruitment: Identify, approach, and onboard influencers across all tiers (Nano, Micro, Mid-tier, Macro, Mega). Expand our UGC portfolio by recruiting creators from TikTok and Meta Creator Marketplaces, ensuring a steady stream of fresh, on-brand content
* Content Collaboration: Guide and manage influencers to provide them with high-quality content guidelines and resources, ensuring the content they create is in line with our brand aesthetics and marketing goals. Work closely with the creative team to support UGC production
* Work closely with the Growth team to refine briefs based on data to ensure content is continuously optimised
* Work with the Customer Service team to identify and reach out to customers to share their personal stories and health journeys
* Create a bank of ‘go-to' creator communities and agencies - model agencies, actors, and creator agencies
* Working with the social/influencer/brand team on arranging and maximising content from community events
* Build a library of content through Practitioner communities - experts and authoritative videos on key life stages, need based content and product focussed content
* Own and manage usage across Wild channels ensuring content is swapped out or replaced as licenses expire, working closely with the Studio/Asset Manager
* Engage with customers and encourage them to create and share content related to the brand
* Work closely with the Growth team and the Social Media Manager to create a bank of video content for META campaigns leveraging ambassadors and the in-house Nutritionists for key campaigns
* Review and select UGC that aligns with the brand's values and marketing goals
* Obtain necessary permissions and licenses from UGC creators
* Edit and repurpose UGC for use in various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website
* Track and measure the performance of UGC campaigns with the Growth team feeding a constant loop of optimisation
