Honeycomb are delighted to be working with a leading Bank to recruit for a recruitment administrator within their dynamic resourcing team. This role is a full time, temporary opportunity for 6 weeks with possibility of extension and will offer a hybrid working model, working within Belfast City Centre as well as home working. This role will pay between £12.09 - 13.50p/h. 35 hours a week, Monday - Friday 9-5. The Role: As a recruitment administrator working within the wider resourcing team, your role will include administration of all key recruitment activity including Drafting and placing adverts, Uploading adverts to job boards Managing documentation and compliance Speaking to candidates about their applications and assisting with queries Assisting the resourcing team in arranging interviews Sending required documentation and on boarding packs to new hires Collecting references Dealing with stakeholders throughout the bank. Essential criteria; Good experience with Microsoft packages Strong data input experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desirable; Previous experience within a recruitment or HR role. Previous experience dealing with candidates through a recruitment or on-boarding process.
