Job Summary
We are looking for a new colleague to join Lanarkshire Carers as a Centre Service Worker. You will be the first point of contact for carers accessing our organisation for information, advice and support. The position is full time, 35 hours per week, worked flexibly to include occasional evenings and weekends; however, part-time hours may also be considered for the right candidate.
The post is Lanarkshire Carers Salary Grade 1, SCP 2-4, £22,664 - £23,844.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide direct support to individuals with a variety of support needs and disabilities.
2. Plan, coordinate, and monitor services provided to a number of people.
3. Support, supervise, and manage the workers who provide support to these individuals.
4. Work creatively and flexibly to provide positive leadership and support to teams.
5. Deliver high-quality person-centred support.
Additional Information
Evening, weekend work, and overnight support responsibilities are required, as well as support to workers out with ‘office working hours’.
