School administrator required in Birmingham!
We are looking for someone who is available Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
Duties:
* Writing emails and answering phone calls
* Administrative duties such as emails, spreadsheets, letters
* Parent Liaison
* LA liaison
* Preparation of reports
* Organising appointments
* Provision and interventions
Key skills / competencies:
* Ideally have used: SIMS, Arbor, CPOMs, and MS office.
* Excellent communication skills
* Organised, good record keeping skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and work both independent and as part of a team
Requirements:
* Safeguarding training
* 5 year check able work history
* Enhanced DBS
* Previous school admin experience.

Must be reliable
