Our client is currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager for a permanent contract on behalf of our client, a well-established and fast-growing construction company based in Basildon.
About the Role - Duties and Responsibilities:
* Discuss project requirements and specifications with clients onsite and over the phone
* Carry out site survey inspections
* Complete Site Audit reports on the system
* Hire fitters and manage/allocate responsibilities to ensure projects run smoothly
* Create work schedules for fitters on the company SIMPRO system and ensure projects run to time and within budget
* Carry out Toolbox Talks on site with fitters
* Liaise with the estimating team to ensure a smooth transition of the client’s quotation and project requirements
Minimum Requirements:
* Must have some industrial flooring background.
* Must have a full clean UK driving License and must be willing to travel.
Pay range and compensation package - Competitive salary, Company vehicle, Phone, Laptop, Pension, Holiday 20 days + 8 bank holidays, Salary negotiable depending on experience.
