The Engineering Technician position is a critical role in a dynamic food manufacturing environment, responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving the performance of machinery and equipment. Respond to equipment faults and perform necessary repairs. Implement improvements to enhance machinery performance and reliability. Ensure safety regulations are met at all times. Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime. Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
