Direct Reports: External Account Managers, Internal Sales & Sales Support

What You’ll Do:
* Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve annual sales targets across projects, maintenance, and licensing.
* Define and implement sales strategies, structures, and targets while managing the team’s performance and development.
* Oversee sales pipelines, ensuring balanced and sufficient deal opportunities.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development to generate leads and manage their allocation.
* Foster relationships with key accounts, working closely with Account Managers to drive lifetime value.
* Contribute to the future growth of MVS, ensuring alignment with company goals.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience managing high-performing sales teams in the AV industry.
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide others.
* Expertise in CRM systems, sales metrics, and pipeline management (HubSpot experience is a plus).
* Strong communication, organisational, and analytical abilities.
* A deep understanding of the AV marketplace and its competitive landscape.
