The Role:
As the Retail Operations Administrator, you will provide comprehensive, effective and efficient administration support to our retail teams to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations in stores.
The ideal candidate is passionate about our brands and highly organised to work in a timely manner and meet the needs of the business.
Your Impact:
* Manage the invoices system and oversee the PO invoice inbox
* Support the day to day store requests
* Monitor RFID and inventory, including dummy SKU adjustments
* Prepare weekly & monthly reports
* Provide general administrative support to Retail Store Managers and Head Office Retail Team

We would Love to Hear from People with:
* Prior experience in the retail sector, experience in stores is a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications
* An additional European language is a plus but not a requirement
