Position: National Account Manager – Wholesale/Convenience
Location: Hybrid with 2 days a week South East Office
Contract: 12mth FTC
Up to £56k plus £8k car allowance, bonus & benefits

The Role: National Account Manager
* Account Management & Growth: Lead and develop key accounts (wholesale and convenience customers) and drive new business across the Wholesale and non-managed convenience channels. Develop and deliver growth opportunities, particularly within the forecourt channel.
* Strategic Planning & Execution: Create annual business plans to drive sales growth, implement promotional plans within defined budgets, and evaluate effectiveness for optimal results.
* Customer Collaboration: Build strong customer relationships, understand needs, and develop tailored business plans leveraging Category Management, Shopper Insights, and Pricing strategies.
* Commercial Leadership: Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, including P&L management, and provide actionable recommendations with a clear understanding of financial impacts.
The Ideal National Account Manager Candidate:
* Big Brand Sales Pro: Proven sales professional with significant experience, ideally with a minimum of two trading cycles under your belt, operating at Retailer Head office level, whether in Convenience, Discounters, or Grocery.
* Unleash Your Drive and Creativity: Passion, ambition, enthusiasm, and a creative spark, coupled with high-level technical skills like selling, negotiation, forecasting, and commercial acumen.
* Customer-Centric: The ability to listen, understand, and respond to our customers’ needs is key.
