The Infrastructure Operations team is looking for a Logistics Associate to maintain and manage inventory stocks within facilities. If you like to work in a fast-paced business where commitment, attention to detail and operation excellence are keys, we’d like to meet you. Your work will help maintain accuracy, precision of records, organization and safety of all work spaces in the warehouse environment.
Key job responsibilities
1. Handle the day-to-day logistics activities to support data center operation
2. Participate in warehousing inventory duties such as stock take, stock count etc
3. Perform receiving, RMA processing, cycle count and stock transfer.
4. Schedule incoming shipment and access clearance at colo sites
5. Participate in improvement initiative
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to work in logistics operations (e.g. shipping, receiving, inventory management, storage room operations)
• Ability to work on-call rotation as required and meet the physical and environmental demands of the role
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma or graduate certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics or relevant discipline
• Experience in maintaining inventory levels including receiving, storage, and auditing
• Familiar with using a computerized inventory system
