We're recruiting for a CRM Planner to join the Customer team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the planning, creating, and sending of world-class CRM campaigns for Asda, with a key focus on driving customer loyalty. You will support the CRM manager in the continual optimisation of the CRM comms strategy, aiming to drive acquisition, revenue, and retention of our loyal customers across Asda online grocery and in-store.

This role sits within the Asda Paid Media and CRM team. You will proactively manage the end-to-end delivery and execution of multi-channel campaigns through our CRM platform, utilising email, push, and in-app messaging as key channels. This will involve creating briefs, proofing, building, testing, and launching marketing and triggered communications through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* You will be responsible for the reporting and continual optimisation of CRM campaigns, providing recommendations for strategic developments for the CRM manager.
* You will analyse and interpret CRM data to understand opportunities for improvement and implement testing plans.
* You will develop campaigns with enhanced personalisation, working closely with our agencies.
* You will collaborate closely with several teams across Asda to deliver key business propositions.
* You will work closely with the Data Science and Analytics team to develop data-driven CRM communications.
* You will work closely with the CRM design team to deliver engaging and relevant content for campaigns.

* You must be a proactive self-starter with hands-on experience in the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns.
* You will have the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* You will have experience of working in CRM/Loyalty in a top retail or B2C environment.
* You will confidently represent the team in cross-functional meetings.
* You have an understanding of ESPs; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is desired but not essential.
* You will have strong attention to detail and the ability to flex plans and reprioritise.
* You will be naturally curious and passionate about marketing, data, and tech.
* A track record of working with and influencing wider business stakeholders.
* Experience of managing third-party agency partners.
