The role will involve working with housebound patients, care home patients and contributing to PCN wide Population Health Management Projects. Whilst a qualified Nursing Associate would be preferred, we would also be interested to hear from any potential candidates who are currently Studnet Nursing Associates, or anyone interested in becoming a Student Nursing Associate who is interested in this post (student salary £24,071 to £25,674). PICS is supporting Student Nursing Associates with their University studies through an apprenticeship.
