The Role This is a great opportunity for someone to join a growing operations team based in our office in Bishops Cleeve but managing the end-to-end life of our assets across Europe. Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will work to ensure that assets are available to meet customer requirements. Specifically, this role will include: Assisting internal teams with all queries regarding asset availability and assets planned for dispatch. Track asset availability based on all future projects, quotes, contracts and salesforce initiatives to identify risks in supplying assets dispatched from Beckford / Cleeve sites. Attend monthly Event Planning meeting to highlight risks to supply and agree mitigating actions. Provide reporting of assets to quickly identify above target utilisation or low utilisation. Provide prioritisation of all asset refurbishment and recommissioning at Beckford & Cleeve sites. Manage disposal of non-repairable and obsolete assets at Beckford / Cleeve sites and replacement in line with Capex budgets. Working with Beckford & Cleeve sites to accurately capture all Missing / Damaged / Dirty information. Providing updates on all missing assets from Beckford & Cleeve sites and maintenance of MIA lists. Monitor age, condition and cost of maintenance for assets supplied from Beckford and Cleeve sites to inform RED list. Assist the Stock controller in implementing stock audits / counts and investigating missing assets. Working with Contracts team to ensure that contracts are accurately amended for any agreed substitutions. Be the main point of contact for the management of Harrods assets Assisting with ad-hoc duties to support the wider business as required. Qualifications Essential Skills & Experience: Candidates must possess the following skills and experience: Experience of working in a fast-paced operations role, ideally within planning. Evidence of establishing and maintaining excellent business relationships with key external and internal parties. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience of using ERP systems, ideally Microsoft dynamics / Business Central Excellent Microsoft Excel skills to analyse and spot trends Essential Personal Qualities: High energy and a solid work ethic Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Good attention to detail Problem Solver Resilience Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience.
