Projects Administrator | Northolt | 40 hours per week, office based - Mon-Fri 8am-5pm | To Cover Maternity but may become permanent | £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

In this role, you will be a pivotal member of the projects team and will have a focus on the administrative needs of the Project Managers and the projects. You should possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Are you the right person for the job?
Previous working experience in Project Administration
Previous working experience in the Construction Industry
Proficient with various IT software packages, including CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
Experience of working as part of a team
Experience in the use of CAD software is an advantage
Excellent organisational and scheduling skills
Ability to multi-task and a willingness to learn
Professional and presentable with a friendly personality
What will your role look like?
Providing full administrative support to Project Managers
Data entry and management of various spreadsheets
Responsible for the creation and collation of project documents
Resource allocation (raising, scheduling, costing, closing of jobs for projects)
Administrative control of Project Management Software
Document controller for the Projects Department
Record and control field staff overtime, expenses and timesheets
Assist with reporting and monitoring of project budgets
Assist with purchasing requirements for projects
