Orion are currently working with an electrical manufacturing company based in South Yorkshire. Our client supplies their electrical products into many heavy industrial sectors and are looking for a self motivated results orientated Industrial Business Development Manager to join the team.
Industrial Business Development Manager Roles & Responsibilities:
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs and able to respond effectively with a solution.
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
Have a solid understanding of Low Voltage Switchgear systems.
Develop a good understanding of the businesses' electrical products or services and be able to advise others about them
Work closely with Bid team to produce technically and commercially compliant bids to a very high quality.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams to support product selection and application.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their technical and commercial needs.
