About the role
Utilise your experience in Aged Care, with the freedom of being out on the road, you will work within clients' homes, developing special bonds as your dedication and support allows them to live their choice of remaining in their own homes.
Our Stafford Home and Community Service seeks Home Care Workers to join them. In this role, you will offer essential assistance to clients, aiding them in daily tasks assisting in maintaining their independence and comfort. Your responsibilities may include providing personal care, assisting with medication, transportation to appointments, and assisting clients to meet social needs.
What we look for:

* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Good time management
Minimum qualifications include:
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent
* National Police Certificate
* Current driver licence and your own, reliable vehicle
* Immunisation against Tetanus & Hepatitis B
* Completion of Assist clients with medication (or commitment to obtain)
* Completion of Recognise healthy body systems (or commitment to obtain)
