The Finance Analyst will be responsible for managing the financial reporting of two entities within the business. You will ensure accurate, timely, and insightful reporting, supporting management in achieving business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams within the business.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports for both entities.
* Provide analysis on financial performance, highlighting key variances and trends to senior management
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal reporting policies.
* Support with the preparation and review of annual budgets and periodic forecasts for both entities.
* Support the financial forecasting process by providing insights into trends and assumptions based on financial data.
* Conduct monthly variance analysis between actual and forecasted financials, identifying areas of concern and opportunity.
Key Requirements:
• Previous experience of working in a financial environment.
• Part Qualified or working towards your final papers of ACCA or CIMA.
• Experience of working with Multiple Stakeholders.
• Experience in Process improvement or Business Change improvements.
• Knowledge of all financial workflows including Budgeting and Forecasting.
