Overview We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and maintaining efficient office processes. This position requires strong computer skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking. Answer phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries or directing calls as necessary. Support the organisation of meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficiency in computerised systems, particularly Google Suite and QuickBooks. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all records. Strong clerical skills with a focus on maintaining organised documentation. Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
