About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a CUSTOMER TEAM LEADER. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in leading and motivating our colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
Main Responsibilities
* Coaching and supervising a team of Customer Team Members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
* Deputising for the Store Manager as required and taking responsibility for the overall management of the store.
* Delivering great customer service and maintaining high standards of customer care.
* Performing a wide range of tasks around the store including re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
