The role of Finance Business Partner will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
* Preparing detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and process improvements
* Developing precise monthly management account reports
* Conducting variance analyses against budget and forecasts
* Providing comprehensive financial and accounting reports to stakeholders
* Assisting stakeholders in understanding financial policies and procedures
* Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
* Playing a pivotal role in financial planning and budget processes
* Ensuring adherence to financial controls and reporting standards
* Leading the enhancement of management information systems and tools
* Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
* Contributing to the daily cash flow forecast
* Designing business processes and accounting policies
* Fostering continuous improvement in finance procedures and systems
* Supporting the Financial Controller and finance team
* Aiding the Finance Director with project reporting and presentations

You
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
* Qualified Accountant with significant post-qualification experience
* Delivering information effectively to meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and knowledge transfer abilities
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Skilled in risk management within financial contexts
* Highly analytical with robust problem-solving skills
* Capacity to handle challenging situations diplomatically
* Ability to lead transformational projects with the Finance Director
* Demonstrating enthusiasm and commitment to the team and organisation
