Network HR have partnered with an International financial services organisation for the hire of a newly created, permanent, Global Head of Learning & Development. The client is private equity backed and their international growth story has been fantastic, but there is still lots to do. They employ over 4,000 FTE and have delivered top line revenue growth year on year for the past decade.
This position is a strategic leadership role responsible for translating the organisation's business plans into actionable learning and development objectives. The role oversees the consultation, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of global learning initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals and support the development of a capable and agile workforce.
As the Global Head of Learning, you will have a small team of 5 direct reports but will oversee a much larger L&D team aligned to a contact centre. The successful candidate will have extensive experience of operating as a manager to a large team and will be able to successfully build relationships with an elective group of stakeholders across the business.
For this opportunity, we will need to see previous experience of heading up a learning and development team, aligned to a contact centre, within financial services.
