You'll play a key role in managing campaigns for their flagship brand, E45, from ideation to execution. Whether you're a recent graduate or have some agency experience, if you're excited by the prospect of working with a leading healthcare brand and ready to learn, we encourage you to apply Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and campaign goals. Serve as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional service and proactive communication. Conduct regular client meetings to discuss campaign progress, address concerns, and identify new opportunities. C ampaign Management: Develop and present compelling campaign proposals that align with client objectives and budgets. Collaborate with internal creative, media, and technology teams to execute campaigns across various channels Manage paid social campaigns, from planning, through to activation, optimisation and reporting Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Monitor campaign performance, analy s e data, and provide regular reports to clients. Identify opportunities for campaign optimi s ation and growth. Team Collaboration: Support the wider &Accelerate team with various tasks, including reporting, administration, and media activation. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments to ensure seamless campaign execution. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. I nnovation & Technology: Embrace & Accelerate's forward-thinking approach and actively seek opportunities to leverage AI and other cutting-edge technologies to enhance campaign performance. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, particularly in the areas of AI-driven marketing and data analytics. Skills and Experience U nderstanding of the digital marketing ecosystem (e.g. social media, paid search, programmatic buying) Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A bility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
