The In-house Procurement Lawyer will be:Advising on complex procurement, contracts, and supply chain agreements.Negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations.Providing legal support to the procurement teams across a range of projects.Managing legal risks and advising on relevant legal frameworks.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
Profile
The successful In-house Procurement Lawyer should be:A solicitor with 5+ years PQE in procurement law.Strong experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing procurement contracts.Knowledge of the defence, aerospace, or related sectors is desirable.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
