Job Title:
We are seeking enthusiastic and caring professionals to join our childcare team as Crèche Practitioners in the Southampton IKEA store.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality childcare services to children of various ages
* Develop and implement engaging activities, games, and educational programs
* Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
* 2+ years of experience in childcare or education
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
£25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
