Southern Healthcare is currently looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their inpatient team at Elmleigh Hospital.
Main duties of the job
Within this role, you will manage a defined caseload from the acute ward using evidence-based/service user centred principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.
You will take the lead for service users with more complex occupational performance needs on the OT and Reablement caseload and will work closely with the community teams to enable smooth transition of service users from hospital to the community.

Qualifications
* What you'll need:
* HCPC registration
* Diploma/degree in Occupational Therapy
* Experience of a range of mental health settings (essential acute)
* Detailed knowledge of mental health legislation and current practice
* In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of:
* Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable
