ROLE OVERVIEW: The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects and supporting the business to ensure that projects run smoothly, on time and within budget. A full UK driving license is essential, as the role will occasionally require occasional on-site visits. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, organise projects, ensuring seamless execution within budget and timelines. Implement resource allocation to maximise project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment and smooth delivery. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring reliable service agreements Attend and support project meetings Adapt to planned and unexpected project changes Tracking of costs, ensuring accurate budget allocation and working closely with the accounts team for invoicing and cost coding. Ensure due diligence in subcontractor engagement and compliance with health and safety regulations. KEY ATTRIBUTES: Operations Coordination Experience: Proven background in coordinating projects or works, including managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to manage planned and reactive changes across various projects. Excellent Organisational & Communication Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and clear communication with stakeholders at all levels. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Confidence & Assetiveness: Ability to take initiative, work independently, to support successful project completion.
