Description
We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to coordinate Fyfestone and Dense Block deliveries in a busy market. You will be based at Kemnay, Aberdeenshire. The role is solely office based, working Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm. You will be reporting to the Distribution and Sales Team leader.
Key Responsibilities
1. Telephone, email and face to face contact to and from customers
2. Timely response to customers’ enquiries, queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner
3. Proactive planning and tracking orders to completion
4. Cost effective dispatch planning of all customer orders through active liaison with commercial, operations and hauliers
5. Scheduling and rescheduling orders whilst utilising haulage fleet effectively
6. Compiling and maintaining accurate records as required
7. Communicating effectively with commercial and production teams and also haulage partners
8. Identifying and contributing to managing your own personal development in collaboration with your line manager
9. Booking lorries in and out of depot and other Reception duties

1. Excellent communicator who can build effective relationships with colleagues and customers
2. Proactive self-starter
3. Excellent IT Knowledge
4. The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to a high level of accuracy
5. Excellent customer service skills
6. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
7. A good eye for detail with excellent written and communication skills
8. Ability to work with a small team
9. Be calm and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
10. Be able to work on own initiative, but also to take direction when required
11. Previous experience working in Building Product markets is desirable though not essential as training will be given
12. A good familiarity of the local geography is desirable
