We are searching for a Transformation Project Manager to play a key role in delivering our ambitious Retail Transformation programme. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will work closely with the Retail team to scope, plan, and execute organisational change at head office and roll out these changes across the retail estate.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the Chief Operations Officer and Retail team to define and deliver the retail transformation plan.
2. Develop detailed project scopes and delivery plans, ensuring alignment with Retail and People initiatives.
3. Define delivery strategies that address the needs of a geographically diverse retail network.
4. Provide insights and recommendations to refine Retail Transformation objectives and initiatives.
5. Coordinate resources and ensure accountability by working closely with business owners responsible for deliverables.
6. Maintain and manage project documentation, templates, and other materials throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Build and nurture stakeholder relationships across all organisational levels to secure programme support and successful delivery.
8. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely completion.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in managing large-scale transformation programmes, ideally within retail or a similar sector.
