Philex is offering a great opportunity for an experienced customer service administrator to join our busy and tight knit Customer Service team in our Sales Department. This is a varied role encompassing normal customer service duties such as order input/returns etc. and we are looking for someone who has or is: Great communication skills, both oral and written, with a good telephone manner Persuasive, motivated and enthusiastic Resilient and calm Outgoing with an approachable personality The ability to listen to and identify the Customers needs The ability to input data accurately What you will be doing: To provide all customer service and administration support to the Sales Department. Main duties include, but are not limited to: Daily administration and customer service of all Sales Accounts, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service by providing relevant and accurate information to all customers and ensuring orders are entered accurately onto the system in a timely manner. Providing telephone assistance to customers in a professional manner. Liaising with internal departments on any customer requirements such as status of orders, pricing, stock etc Reporting directly to the Customer Service Supervisor on various issues Philex is a dynamic and fast moving CE accessories manufacturer and distributor, supplying innovative consumer electronic accessories to most of the major UK DIY and FMCGs. With a head office in Bedford, Philex has invested extensively in its own manufacturing and logistics facilities in China and offices in Hong Kong. Experience/Requirements: 1. Previous customer service administrative experience (at least two years) 2. Highly numerate & computer literate specifically Excel 4. Good communication skills 5. Methodical, organised & multi-tasking 6. Accuracy and attention to detail 7.
