Job Summary: As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the companys growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Your role will involve strategic planning, executing sales initiatives, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. Key Responsibilities: Discover and develop new business opportunities, including emerging markets, trends, and client segments. Craft and implement growth strategies that align with the companys goals and vision. Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients to drive sales and revenue. Negotiate and finalize business deals to ensure sustained growth and profitability. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role (3 years ). Experience within Fenestration or Construction Industries. Strong track record of sales, client acquisition, and business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
